Chandon already had several of the core components needed to build a direct-to-consumer business. As an objective, third-party consigliere, Crossbeat organized, nurtured, integrated, monetized, and optimized its efforts. Initial focus was placed on the wine club in the form of service design, loyalty programs, and a novel digital ecosystem. From there, we drew out parallel learnings for the entirety of the business.
